Rian & Elia's Reminisces: April 2006

Weekend!

It was a lovely spring weekend in Vancouver!

We went to Sam's b-day party!

How many kids have their own green adirondack chair? Does Rian look totally jealous?

Sam's a happy guy!

People just don't get happier than this!

Rian spent most of the party climbing up and down the stairs - he took a moment for the pap....

Otherwise, he was just the charming handsome guy he always is!

We finally celebrated Rian's birthday with cake! Not sure Rian was pleased with our small

efforts

But he *loves* his funky monkey from his mate Marissa whose birthday is 2 days after Rian's (her's fell on Easter Sunday this year)

And we've had my father, Rian's Grandpa Roberts, visiting this weekend - here we are

going for a walk on the beach at Cates Park.

I won't tell you how hard it was to get Rian actually smiling while wearing the dollar-store ears... but it was worth it!

He got some blocks from his Grandpa and Veronica - he even knows how to build with them!

I picked up a $15 slide last year when

Rian was like 6 weeks old but he LOVES it now!
